We had a great time decorating Sophie's birthday cake. I iced the entire thing and put chocolate chips in between the layers then I got out all of my decorating bags and tips. I had Josh whipped us up more frosting and had them all practice on paper plates and then let them go at it on the cake. They've been watching to much Cake Boss on TV and thought that they could make a masterpiece. We'll let you decide.
