David's last soccer game

David was the defender and didn't get to see much action so he just stayed back and talked to Ceedar Shamo from the other team the whole time.  It was a fun last game.  They didn't have a great team this year.  So, it wasn't a trophy winning year.  But, they can't all be.  As long as they have fun with their friends then it was worth it.
Here is Ceedar, David and Owen.  I had just gotten a cast on his arm and therefore had to put bubble wrap on it in order to play so it wouldn't hurt anyone.  It was wrapped up good!
I think these three just talked most of the time.
Owen and David watching a goal go into with net.
Ceedar and David fighting over a ball.
David got to kick a ball that went out of bounds.
David feeling defeated.  Walking back to the group, last.
Taking a knee while he listened to coach.  He's very dramatic.
High fives at the end.  Notice David is at the end with coach Dye.  So sad. Well, there is always next year and they next.  Then he will be too old after that.  So we're good!

PVHS vs Hurricane - Last Region Game

Friday  4-27-18.  This game was crazy.  We won 2-1 but made all 3 points.  Josh Diego headed the ball into our own goal.  It was nuts!  But we won and now we have to head up to Orem on Thursday on the busiest week of the year!  Ironman Week!  If I can get through this week then I will be OK.  Brandon got a red card at the last game so he couldn't play at this game.  So he was just dressed  nicely.  Josh and Gonzo didn't see any playing time but at the half they kicked the ball around and had some fun.  And that's what it's all about!  Also the sun was right in our eyes for the entire first half of the game so my picture's are kinda cool, kinda not.

I like this picture.  But right after this one of the other kids kicked the ball over to where the coach was talking to the guys who were actually playing.  Josh tried to hurry and get the ball but couldn't so he just ran over to the group and pretended to listen to what coach was saying.  It was hilarious.
Then he got up and slowly walked away and went back to playing with Gonzo and the guys.
This was the end.  The team was super happy.
Then they boys decided to pour the water jug onto the coaches.  It was pretty fun.
Joel and the little boys took advantage of being on the football field.

Henry's soccer game

It's always so much fun to go watch Henry's soccer games.  You can never tell what is going to happen.  Those little boys are so dang cute!  And Ruby was totally hitting on this little kid.  It was adorable.  Coach Brad made sure that they stretched out before they played so they didn't pull a muscle from playing to hard.  It was so funny, but important to learn fundamentally.

This is Ruby's boyfriend Jaden.  Isn't he cute?
Henry did really well.  He was a little frustrated at times he is a super fast runner and good athlete.
