Pre-Thanksgiving!

So we headed to Spanish Fork a little earlier than everyone else, because we had nothing else to do.  We are finding that since we both work for the Washington County School District we get the same days off and have absolutely nothing else to do.  It's weird!  We don't have to fight for time off while our kids are off from school so we can spend time with them.  Frankly Ben would love some time away from us. So, on our way up we stopped by Cedar to watch Coach Shayne in action with her new Dixie High School team!  It was great!  They had their own cheer and everything!  We were trying to get to Meadow before Joel's parents were gone to see the place they were looking at buying but they had already left and it was too dark to stop by and look at it so after we left Cedar we just kept driving on through to Spanish Fork.  Gus and Lilly were so happy to see us.  Well, Ben mostly. They just loved sleeping, sitting, and laying on Ben.  It was hilarious.  So is Jan's face in all of these picture's.
Me sporting my DIXIE HIGH SCHOOL SWIM SWEATSHIRT!
The next day we let Ben stay at Paula's She turned 50!!!!  Woo Hoo!!!
Grandma's amazing Christmas cactus!  Those things grow like weeds!
We did a little leaf raking while we were there.  Grandma was doing a little walking.  She was even doing it without her walker!
Afterwards we went back to Jandy's to go to Jan's school to get tables and chairs for dinner the next day.  Jan couldn't resist taking the two youngest, who aren't interested in doing theater, up to the catwalk to show them how cool it was.  David was hooked.  Now he wants to do lighting and tech.  Poor sucker.
