Katie's Wedding and LAGOON!

We started out the day at 11am at Lagoon.  For some reason we were the only people wearing DSU shirts considering it was DSU day.  Oh well, we looked good.
Everyone had tons of fun with each other.
Then right at 2pm we all got in our cars and drove 15 minutes to Weber State University to Katie and Korey's wedding ceremony.  It was very nice.  It was very Katie.  The cake was done by Jan and was gorgeous.

Before the ceremony Shayne and I were playing with some Snapchat filters because I couldn't get Katie and Korey's to work.  They I finally figured it out.
These two were gorgeous and so were the flowers.
After the ceremony we had a dinner and then we all went back to Lagoon to free up space so that Katie's friends could come for her reception.  We pretty much scattered when we got there and then the last 2 hours we gathered together and had so much fun.
We ran from one ride to another.  This is us standing in line for Tidal Wave.  It was so funny because we sat right in the middle so that it would be the calmest ride ever and everyone screamed like it was the scariest ride ever.  It was so funny.
There was ZERO line on the old wooden roller coaster so as fast as you could get off and run around, you could get right back on.  It was insane!  We rode that thing 7 times in a row.
I think by the end of the night Josh was getting pretty tired.  Or nauseous.  But David and Jenna didn't want it to end.  They both bought each other presents at the gift shop.  They bought hats for each other and David got Jenna a necklace and she bought him a giant Slinky that he played with Ruby at Grandma's the next.  She thought it was awesome!
Every ride was closing down and Kyle had wanted to go on the Haunted House all day.  It had just been refurbished for it's 50th anniversary and the line was over an hour long the entire day.  So Kyle told the kid that he live in St. George and that this would be his only time to ride the ride so he let him be the last person on the ride.  Well, unbeknownst to that poor teenager, as we all past by Kyle grabbed each one of us and threw us in front of him in line.  Kyle stayed in the back of the line but 18 people got in front of him.  It was AWESOME!  JoEllen and Kyle were the last 2 people off of that ride for the night.  They literally closed the park.  It was great!  Perfect ending for the perfect weekend.  Thanks everyone for another unforgettable memory.
