Happy Halloween!

My favorite time of year!  Carving pumpkins, Soup party at Millers, dressing up and trunk or treating!!!  Here we are, Sunday night, carving pumpkins.  Konnor said that this was the first time and 8 years that he's carved a pumpkin.
I did one for Sophie.  And the one that says Florida is mine.

Here is how everyone's looked.  David was having a hard day.  He was trying to carve out a headless horseman but it wasn't working so his ended up being a self portrait.  Can you guess which one is his?

Can you tell which one is Joel's?
It was lots of fun for everyone, except David.
Halloween was fun.  We dressed up for work like we always do and when we got there we found out the Ruben had dressed up like MOSES!  Hahahaha!  It was so great.
This is 90% of the staff that dressed up.  We get into it at Red Rock because it's a good way to escape the reality of that place.
Then we always have a Halloween party for the kids.  They get to frost a huge cookie, Watch a movie, and eat lunch in our Main Hall.  They girls go first and then the boys.  This year we took our new Ghostbusters Movie for them to watch.  It was a good day.
Then we had our ward chili dinner and Trunk or Treat that night.  We had the sister missionaries show up.  They were asking everyone if they knew who they were dressed up as.  We said Moana and the Ocean and they said nope, Lilo and Stitch!  They were super cute.  I sent this picture to their moms.
Taylor Smith was a darling Unicorn and Lelah was a vampire.  Olive was Minnie Mouse and PJ and her family were Peter Pan, Captain Hook and a little lost boy.  They were adorable.
David and Tavien went as hippies and their friend went as a bum.
Josh wore his Chebacca pajamas and Joel's Yoda backpack.
After, we went over to JoEllen's and met up with the Shelton clan aka, The cast from Wizard of Oz!
They were so incredibly cute.  Ruby even had her ruby slippers but took them off after they were done trick or treating.
Shayne went as a thyroid patient who's surgery went wrong.
George had the most ingenues costume.  He was a runny nose!  Get it?  Hahaha!  After they were done they had their traditional trading session.  Evan really missed out this year because he has braces and had to give most of his stuff away.  But David loved it!  I think this is the most candy David has ever gotten.  Another fun memory for the books!
